This Alkaline Soursop Smoothie is thick, creamy and refreshing. If you've never tried Soursop, then you're in for a delicious and highly nutritious treat. Soursop has a tropical aroma with sweet and slightly sour pulp, hence the name 'soursop'. Aside from being tasty, this fruit is loaded with antioxidants that help to strengthen the immune system, and fight against free radicals. This smoothie makes for the perfect breakfast or snack.
- 1 1/2 c soursop pulp
- 1 c coconut milk
- 1 c water
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Remove the seeds of a fully ripe soursop
- Add all ingredients (soursop pulp, water, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract) into high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes.
