  •  How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship fruit orders via UPS and FEDEX. Dried goods are shipped via USPS. We take pride in ensuring proper packaging and safe delivery of your fresh fruit.Orders are shipped Monday- Friday on a bi-weekly basis. We make every effort to ship all orders as quickly as possible typically within 2-14 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday excluding holidays. 

 

  •  After my order has shipped, how long will it take to arrive?

We offer standard 2-day shipping on all fruit products. Overnight shipping is available and recommended at an additional cost. Most Florida customers will receive overnight UPS Ground shipping.

Please note: We ship orders Monday- Friday on a bi weekly basis. This means the order may take 2-14 business days to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, it is typically delivered within 1-4 days. The shipping time pertains to the time the package is in transit once that order has already been shipped, not the time it takes for the order to be delivered upon placing the order. 

Inclement weather and holiday shipping traffic are not factored into delivery times and may cause additional delays. 

We are not responsible for packages returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information. 

 

  •  What is a *PRE ORDER* ?
*PRE ORDER* means you are reserving your box for when a fruit is back in season and/or available to ship. (Ex. Mango season begins in the summer time. If you place a *PRE ORDER* for Mango in December, it will ship when they are back in season in the summer time. 
  •  How can I track my order?
Once a shipping label has been created for your order, you should automatically receive tracking information via email. 

 

  •  My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

If you feel all or part of your order has arrived damaged, please be sure to follow the steps below to apply for a refund or replacement. Once we have received ALL of the requested information, your case will be reviewed within 72 hours.  If a refund or replacement is approved, you will be notified by email shortly thereafter.

1. Within 24 hours of receipt of your package, please email 3 photos of the damaged fruit, as well as a photo of the shipping box to info@fruithunters.com. 

2. Please include your order number and name in your email.

Please note we do NOT accept physical returns.

  •  How can I change my shipping address?
If a label has not yet been created for your order, you may email us with the correct/new shipping address at info@fruithunters.com.
