Selenicereus undatus, also known as the white fleshed pitaya is native to Mexico and Central America. White Dragon Fruit is an exotic and tropical fruit grown from a cactus vine. The vibrant, pink skin is smooth with green colored scales. The white/translucent colored flesh is mildly sweet and is covered in small, black edible seeds. It can be compared to the texture of a kiwi.

Ripening Guide:
White Dragon Fruit is shipped ripe, and is ready to eat upon delivery. To consume, cut the fruit in half and scoop out the white flesh. The tiny black seeds are all edible, the skin is not edible and may be composted.
