CANCELLATION & REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY:
*(Refunds) are ONLY issued in the form of store credit/e-gift card.
*(Cancellation) You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order, after that you order CAN NOT be refunded or cancelled.
*(Replacements) are granted if a substantial portion of the order arrives damaged and inedible.
Due to perishability, returns on fresh fruit are NOT accepted. In the unfortunate event that fruit arrives in unacceptable conditions please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving fruit with CLEAR photos of the product highlighting the issues. If the box arrives damaged and/or late please submit a shipping claim with Fedex or UPS and contact us as well at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with a refund in the form of store credit or replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received photos and inspected your shipment, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit/e-gift card. The e-gift card will be issued via email.
