White Guava
White Guava scientifically known as Psidium guajava, is native to Mexico, the Caribbean and South America. It is a white fleshed version of the more common varieties. This White Guava is a small green tropical fruit with slightly rough skin, that ripens to a pale yellow color. The white pulp can taste super sweet or sour depending on the variety and its stage of ripeness. The crunchy texture can be compared to an apple and pear.

Ripening Guide:
White Guava is shipped unripe, however may arrive ripe upon delivery. When ripe, the fruit is slightly soft all around. The entire fruit can be eaten including the skin and seeds. The fruit may eaten ripe or green/unripe depending on preference. It may also be used in many culinary dishes.
